An interactive performance where I was invited to create textiles, headpieces and costumes inspired by microrganism worlds, in the natural archetypes of Neutron, Electron, Proton orbiting performers representing Science, The Universe, Alien Life, Fungi, Fauna and Dark Matter. I worked with a range of printed fabrics, made to glow under changing lighting circumstances. Theses flexible garments were then paired with hand-made and embellished capes, accessories and suitable headpieces.

“Getting lost Finding something” is a TUSCH co-production in cooperation with Pink Valley, supported by the Fonds Soziokultur, the Heidehofstiftung and the Stiftung Berliner Sparkasse
Prodution Synopsis:
Everything in this world and in the universe is connected, but can we feel it? Together with the performance collective Pink Valley and a group of young people, we want to transform “connection”, “network” and “belonging” into a multisensory experience for the audience: How do we find, feel and experience connection and relationships between places, times and people? What do we feel when we look at the world from a little more distance? Or zoom in on the microorganism perspective? The aim of our joint creative research is to produce an interactive video and sound performance with live elements in which we deal with central aspects of interconnectivity, such as “seeing”, “feeling” and “practicing”, in terms of content, aesthetics, science and performance.
