I always felt safe in nature, amongst trees, plants, animals and insects. I feel the earth holds my form and the sun warms my skin… the moon gives sound advice. A planetary family that craddles my being while I sleep and greets me each morning. Good Morning
Created in an Art Deco illustration style, this artwork hopes to greet you with all the magic & wonder, of a natural world waking up. Inspired by Australian Landscapes, I discovered while on a residency in 2017, half a world away from my birthplace of Western Canada.
Hand assembled, vector drawn & machine cut paper artwork made with various treated papers, 2D illustration.
